Organisation
The organisation of Sail Arabia is devided in 3 main area's.
- Board of Directors (controlling and advisory function)
- Offices (daily operations, support for branches)
- Branches (local organisations run by volunteers)
The organisational structure looks as follows:
Directors
All Directors are appointed, for their special expertise regarding education, integration or ability to access funding for the charity.
Sail Arabia Office
The national Sail Arabia Office administers the charity, operates the dhow, arranges voyages, maintains the ship, operates the visitors centre employs and trains employees and provides support for the branch organizations.
Branch Offices
Each branch office works together with their local community, schools, staff and students, special needs centres, sportsclubs and universities.
Partnership with educational institutes allows this to happen effectively . Each branch works under the official support of the local Sail Arabia Goodwill Ambassador.
Each person has a specific task which is essential to the proper functioning of the charity and thus helping us - changing lives
